Course Overview
VoIP technologies allow IP networks to be used for voice applications, such as telephony, voice instant messaging, and teleconferencing.  By combining voice, data and even video, organizations can enjoy a cost-effective, easy-to-use business solution full of features that help conduct business better.  VoIP helps cutting costs, improving communication with customers and employees and providing features without paying extra fees. 

This course provides the participants with the necessary knowledge to understand the transportation of voice over IP and explains its implementation on enterprise and telecom service provider networks.
